Working with Vaughan Architecture and Premier Modular as preferred supply chain partners to work with Icknield Lower school to develop a new scheme incorporating 4 classrooms as a 2 storey extension.
The client requested that Premier develop a contemporary styled scheme that would give a feeling of real quality on the school site.
The whole extension had to be constructed within the school summer holiday period and was completed over 70% of the building offsite. This allowed for a seamless transition to site in Dunstable, where Premier was able to complete the building within 6 weeks.
